Maybe just a little small base yes - scale it in edit mode in the shift Z axis and I bet it will look even better 
Love the extra attention you have given to the arms
Thank you the boolean on arms the did give me some trouble but removing double verts cleared it up.
Yeah I think the base needs scaled up as well I’ll play around with it tomorrow.
