the model doesnt seem to align with the rig, i did everything mike do, the vertex group with the same name as the bones, also entering edit mode realign it fine, only when i exit.
the animations works fine but i dont know why is the model a little but more angled, thanks in advance.
Somewhere in the process of modeling, rigging modeling (not in rest mode), you shifted vertices, origin point, and maybe scale a bit.
Difficult to say when or how.
Apply scale on all objects. If it gets worse redo the rigging part (sorry).
Your mesh density is very high! No need for it. Use object smoothing instead.
