It’s worth noting that for some reason, my lower arm constraints were for the Z axis instead of the X axis. This may have to do with the fact I’m using Blender 3.0, can’t say for certain. But otherwise, no issues.
Were you thinking world space not local space?

Just tested a bit, and if you’ll forgive the aeronautics terms, I confirmed that Local Space Y-axis controls the yaw, X-axis controls the roll, and Z-axis controls the pitch.
It’s entirely possible I did something on my end that affected it, but at the very least it wasn’t that difficult to resolve.
