Just a matter of preferences

Hi, for me, the healthbar should only appears when an enemy is selected (just like with the enemy health display) and disappears when an enemy is dead or no more selected. Maybe we can reuse the logic from there.

But is OK this way I think.

My own preference on this is to have the healthbar exposed only when the enemy is damaged (neither at full health or dead). This gives you a nice visual cue, to be able to see the Health Bar when damaged, you can decide, “hey, I should target that weakest character”.
