I also use a lot the “Quick Favorites” but when you have to repeat several time the same action (like Grant does at about 2:46 on this lecture) you can simply type “shift R”, it “Repeat” the last action.

If you press the q key, you can place here also the most used functions. And of of course repeated them with ‘r’.
