I gave it a go and I could tell you put a lot of effort into it and it came out quite nicely 
The one area maybe where it could be improved a bit is that, sometimes it is not immediately easy to differentiate visual background elements from obstacle. For example in the second level, next to the middle part the thing with the red gem, because it looks like other things with red gems in the level I thought it was just a background thing but i kept hitting it and dying…
But otherwise, really good job! Kudos
