So here is so far the pyramid with the stairs joined. For those using blender 2.9x there is a shortcut to the “apply modifier” (Crtl+A), it took me a while to find it since the interface is different from the one in the video. You can also find the “Apply” in the drop-down next to display section, inside the modifier.
