In the Udemy course [Complete Blender Creator: Learn 3D Modelling for Beginners], during Section 4 on course video number 52, it is stated that the resources tab will include reference images that will be used to model a plane. However, those images are not there. Instead, it’s the blender file of the course and a link to GameDev.

Yes it has been reported and is being looked into I expect they will be put tin place very soon.
