my probuilder is moving like im holding ctrl on my keyboard how can i smooth my movement??

Yes i already have restarted unity and i dont have a gamepad plugged in and it still dont work
What does not work? I understood that holding ctrl was moving the probuilder. Did it stop moving?
Could you perhaps record a video of the problem, upload it to Youtube and share the link here? I’m not sure if I understood your problem correctly because the probuilder tool is not supposed to move, and I also do not know what you mean by movement.

You can try and toggle off Snap Handle to Global Grid.
Shortcut would be the \ Key.
