Issue after converting meshes to nanite

I started building the level I am going to use for this project then I enabled nanite on all meshes in the nanite tools. After I did so all meshes are deformed once they are not right next to the camera. I have looked online but can not find a solution to this issue (possibly because it is to basic for people who know what they are doing).

I looked to see if nanite is covered later but didn’t find anything. I know this was not covered in the lecture but I would greatly appreciate any assistance anyone can give.
