Unfortunately it seems that the isometric grid feature is not that great in Krita 5.1. But one can generate an isometric grid in Inkscape 1.3 with the Extensions > Render> Grids >Isometric grid menu. I uploaded one, this does not have those white lines like the one used in the lecture, but has similar subdivisions.
