Is Unity 2023.1 actually *required*?

So, the video tells us to use Unity 2023.1.0b20 (nevermind by now it’s not just “beta” anymore, currently it’s at 2023.1.14f1)…

But is this just for future-proofing the course or will there actually be something that really requires that version? :thinking:

I think this was purely for future proofing but i havent noticed any changes that affect the course
