Current version Complete beginners Blender is pretty new. Done in 3.2 minimum. Probably be good for at least a couple of years.

There are several other more recent courses on specific areas rather then the beginners course. Check out the courses page on this site.

i think there should be an intermediate bundle course like there is for the beginner one.

That take a long while to make so while there may one day be such an animation course it will not be soon. But it does seem the more recent way to divide up into courses with a focus on a single area, so it may well happen some time.
