Is there a way to get fine control over the keyframe curve values?

I’ve created the flight path but want to tweak some heights. However grabbing and moving even one pixel is too far (player is now underground). Keying in a value would be nice or even expanding the on-screen real estate would help.

What do you mean by “the keyframe curve values”? This?

I was referring to the curves in the Timeline editor used in that course. However, after looking at that reference a bit, I was able to switch around the Animation window settings to get some better control.
