Is there a way for the unity hub application to be minimized?

When creating the game through build settings, is there a way to make it in which the application has a minimized box with the x on the top right instead of entirely full screen?

I’m afraid I don’t understand your question. The build settings don’t have anything to do with the Unity Hub.

Could you please share a screenshot of what you mean?

You can do that using the windowed mode setting… See screen shot below.
