Is 5.0 still recommended over 5.3?

As title says, I have both 5.3.2 (Latest) and 5.0.3 (Only 5.0 version available) installed.

this is only from personal experience as Iā€™m not a TA in this course but I used 5.3 when I went through the content and everythign was compatible, 5.3ā€™s biggest improvement was bringing nanite to more Actors in the editor
