Does he have a gun for a face?
Well, looks more like he has a gun for his scalp, or possibly the top 1/2 of his face, and his scalp.

Yes I suppose that is more accurate. Is it a character from something? Or an original creation? I don’t recognize the name.
edit: OK I googled it. It appears to be an animated character. Very interesting!
