I know we’re al mostly using Discord these days, but since Ben said we should post a discussion thread, here I am. ;-). As far as my math experience, I actually was really good at math in my K-12 education. Graduated high school with a 5 on the Calc BC AP exam (for those outside the U.S., AP exams are university level courses that you take in high school so that you can exempt yourself from taking the equivalent course in university). Then, back when I went back to university and got my computer science degree, I took a discrete math course as part of the CS curriculum. But I’m hoping to get a refresher on some of those CS discrete math topics that I may not have learned all that well because of family circumstances at the time. Still, the beginning lectures of the course seem really basic - starting off with elementary school addition and subtraction? I guess it depends on what the audience of the course really is, and if it really starts that young.
