It seems this part of our journey is nearing its end…
However this sapling thingie seem to be worth some investigation aaaand my scene is far from be done.
So I may live here for some time 
Anyway my first steps:
Looks like a Bonsai but was supposed to be a shrubbery 
Didn’t really had time to work on the bunnyscene 
. I tried to simulate some ambient light with some fake leaves on flat planes with transparency and translucent material. Looks nicer, i think, but i expected it to have a more greenish look…
Update on the (very) little progress.
Found a nice fitting background and played a bit with lights. Also decided that i like the big trees texture (which was admittedly a lucky coincidence) and tried to bring out its definition a bit more. Small steps…

The Background almost fits my mental picture.
Now onto the foreground and the special guest 
A well, i guess it’s time to move on with the course and leave this wonderful playground behind me.
Anyway: now with 100% more Alice and some magic mushrooms (which @Steve1222 may approve on 
) and in HD resolution (225 samples, click to enlarge)
I may touch it up a bit in photoshop and place it into the showcase, since i think it came out rather nicely.
Badass scene you setup, the mushrooms in the cave lol! Just like the ones from far cry.
Great textures on everything too, in particularly that foliage originally posted on the leaves.
You can really see him entering that shroom forest/cave upon enlarging with its great glow.
(well, it will turn into a forest once he inhales its vapors) (since in his mystical tryptamine land you can inhale the vapors of the scene, f* it!)
OMG that is scary. I just noticed the alive in the background pop out randomly, hahaha, that is creepy!
Very believable piece like a teaser for game or psychedelic movie of some sort.
Hehe, well at least you’ve been working on something. i’ve been getting stuck in boredom hell of the texture/game asset pack section. Really need to hightail it out of here and get to the human head, so I can say I finished this course!
