Interface has changed in 4.25


I’m doing this section of the course with UE 4.25.1 and the interface appears a bit different to in the video. I can’t see where on the animation Blueprint window that you can attach a preview mesh to the socket, and the preview pane mentions that bone manipulation is disabled (although I seem to be able to move the parts of the arms anyway).

Any ideas? Main problem is not being able to see the gun and position the arms around it like Sam has done in the video.

You have to apply that on the mesh directly instead now.

Not sure I understand, could you give me a screenshot?

Not at the PC at the moment but in the top right you can see Mesh, click on it then add it on the bone.
