Inspired by M.C. Escher - Myan Maze Temple

Many, many years ago I created this maze.
Based on the work of the Dutch graphic artist Maurits Cornelis Escher.

It’s the same cube repeated, where you can walk on the red carpet to go from point A to B.
So I decided to build this thing (concept) in 3D.

And finally create things like these examples.

But I didn’t like it. Got the feeling, It was more a project for Unity, game development.
Where you can walk inside the building. Rotating and finding your way out.

I like this setup better. Camera view on a persons height.

Instead of this one, cluttered view. Impossible to look at the central point of view. M.C. Escher did a good job on this. But yeah, he is the master :wink:

And I created very low-poly a woman in black.
Low poly, because the figure is small. And black for the contrast and mystique.
And here I learned about POSE libraries. very handy.

With some more interesting things other than the AMAZING MAZE on the scene you could end up in the “weekly” again :wink:
