Done by mainly importing images as planes. Tricky getting everything in the right place.

Interesting and clever. But. What is the circle meant to be? In that I have a crystal sphere, if I hold it in front of myself you do not see yourself. Then Escher did all sorts of eye deceiving tricks so perhaps that is it, it does not actually do what is depicted.
Ah perhaps it is a mirrorised sphere.

The work by Escher is called ‘Hand with Reflecting Sphere’ so yes, it’s a spherical mirror.
