Inheritance maybe?

I thought this was good moment to see how inheritance works in Godot?

Its such a fundamental concept when you want to make/reuse patterns and organize your code even better.

Indeed it is. I use level templates in my own projects, and while that increases the initial setup a little, it makes things so much easier down the road. I think the only reason Kaan didn’t do that here is because this is very much aimed to be a beginner, 101, never-programmed-anything-before course.

The explanation in here pretty much covers it, but it might still be a few times through before it sinks in all the way:
