In what order do I the courses

Hey guys!

I just bought the Humle Bundle Unreal Engine 5 Courses, but I have no idea in what order I should do them.
2 of them have a ‘start here’ sign. Can you help me out?

Here are the courses I have:

  • Unreal 5.0 C++ Developer: Learn C++ and Make Video Games - EARLY ACCESS (has ‘Start here’)
  • Unreal Engine 5 Blueprints - First Person Shooter (FPS)
  • C++ Fundamentals: Game Programming For Beginners
  • Unreal Engine Blueprint Game Developer Online Course (has ‘Start here’)
  • Unreal Multiplayer Master: Video Game Dev In C++ Course
  • Unreal Engine Cinematic Creator - Video Game Design Course
  • Unreal VR Dev: Make VR Experiences with Unreal Engine in C++
  • Unreal Environment Design - EARLY ACCESS
  • Atmospheric Sci-Fi Music for Video Games

Thanks guys!
Apologies for the noob-question

Hi Skillripper and welcome to the community.

I would start with either the UE Blueprints, Blueprints FPS course or C++ Course. Any of these are a good introduction. Blueprint may be easier to start with if you have little or no experience with coding and both those courses will help you get around Unreal Engine. The VR and Multiplayer should be left towards the end as they are more advanced in terms of technology and need for understanding.
The Blueprints Game Developer course also is a good place to start as well

So, given that list, I would probably do the following:

  • Unreal Engine Blueprint Game Developer Course
  • UE 5 Blueprint FPS course
  • C++ Fundamentals (This is not Unreal Engine - will give you a good grasp of C++)
  • UE5 C++ Course
  • Unreal Environment Design
  • Unreal Engine Cinematics (A lot of cinematography theory, and being able to design environments would be good to know first)
  • Multiplayer or VR in the order of interest - both are fairly involved.

The Atmospheric music I think is a download of audio files?? I may be wrong.

Anyway, the list i’ve presented is subjective but generally what I’d recommend. The UE4 blueprint course is designed for UE4 but works in UE5 so there are differences to the User Interface and that present issues. I might suggest doing the first section of the C++ course just to get a feel for the Editor differences and then go onto the UE4 blueprint course using UE5. All Games designed in the courses will work.

I hope this helps and good luck with the courses.
