In-Depth Unreal Engine 5 Modeling Tools

After trying to figure out the Modeling Tools myself in Unreal Engine 5, it made me wish that GameDev would create a course for the use cases of each tool in the kit.

Here’s a more detailed context that made me wish a course existed: I attempted to use the modeling tools instead of BSP brushes when following along with the Unreal 4 courses, me being in Unreal 5. I managed to achieve roughly the same results, but encountered some issues along the way.

I have decided instead to go through the blender courses to get an idea of what the equivalent uses are for Unreal’s tools, but I don’t necessarily want to spend much time in blender down the road. More so if Unreal’s tools continue to develop. I know they are a bit limited, but even just mock-ups and blockouts with the cube grid tool, other things like that would be nice to follow in GameDev’s granular structure.

If some of this doesn’t make a lot of sense, I’m still learning so forgive my limited knowledge.
