I’ve been wondering why my models look different throughout all the previous lessons in this course. I’m running blender 2.9 I believe. I think I finally figured out what it was.
When I add a new mesh it doesn’t come automatically with a material attached, but when I add and adjust the roughness from .5 to .25 everything will look similar.
This may be something that I missed in a previous lesson but hopefully someone finds this useful.
