I don’t get it. Why is he measurement of the image different from the mesh, yet they are of the same size?
Note: The measurement is in inches for both.

I do not understand the problem.

The image is bigger than the pin as the drawing is inside the edges of the image.
The pin height is 15, the image width is 28.
You have the measure tool active but no measurement of the pin showing.

If your grid squares are at 1 inch then it is all looking right.
