Importing character skeletal meshes seems to break animations

Obstacle Assault - Cusotmizing the character

I can’t seem to get these skeletal meshes to work. When you import then the character is stuck on T-pose. I think it may deal with it referencing the old meshes as opposed to UE5 but it won’t work at all.

Do you get any errors when importing? What do you see for the animation/mesh in the details panel?

I had the same ‘problem’, for me it was just a matter of selecting ‘ThirdPerson_AnimBP_C’ again because the change of skeletal mesh changed the Anim Class to ‘None’
