You can do whatever numbers you want, obviously, but 128 is 16x8 and 144 is 18x8. Multiplying each image by 8 retains the actual “block” look of the pixel art.
If you want to go smaller, you could do 96 and 108 (which is each x 6) and you’ll still get a “block” result.
Anything else and you’re on your own.
