Hi, and welcome.

To help you, we need to see the images.

When you edit or create a new message, drag an image from your folder into the message editor.

Preferably on a new fresh empty line. The system will upload the image to the server (it takes some seconds). And the image will appear at the right side (viewport) of the editor field.
