Everything I downloads arrepars to be corrupted. I am trying different ways to repair the files. Any recomendations on this?

What is the URL to download from?
Some links are old and content can be moved (deleted) from a site.
I do recall files do not download with Chrome browser. Perhaps try downloading in a different one?

I’ve tried both Edge and Explorer. I just think some links are down.
