IK Armature Not Working and Deforming weird

I’m on the course “Complete Blender Creator 3: Learn 3D Modelling for Beginners”, Rigging & Animation, IK & Parenting. When I move the target_l bone it moves the right leg it appears that the bone constraint is set up correctly and I also can’t pose this thing at all it has some really weird formations.

  • Check face normals
  • Check the weight paint - select a bone, show weight paint for that bone, red is under influence, blue is not.

Flipping the normals on the body worked.
