Don’t make the mistake I did. After about a half hour of hair-pulling troubleshooting, I realized that I had set a rigid body to my walls in order to tinker around with preventing the collision issues in the corners (it didn’t work by the way) and had forgotten to remove them after. When I created the ramps from a copy of my walls, the rigid body naturally went with them and that caused a bouncing collision effect that was driving me crazy. Also, when he says no lip on the edge of the ramp, he means it. Unless of course, you want your ball to get some sweet air before impacting your plane.
I hope this helps someone else who has made or might make the same gaff that I did.
