Looks good, but I’d expect a bit more value variation around the model. Everything in the house looks kind of the same shade of medium gray.

Yeah I get what you mean. I think I was overly worried that the textures wouldn’t blend well. I’ve played around with the textures multiple times but nothing felt cohesive. I think with the grey-scaling I was trying to hard to make it all look like it fits but didn’t consider trying different grey values.
Good idea to play with the B&W.
You can just render out as B&W, that might get the effect you want more easily?
(Output properties tab, Output dropdown, Setting file type etc includes a B&W selection.)
