Hello, i know in this tutorial Rick use visual studio code. But if you really enjoying programming or making games and you dont have problem pay for IDE. I really recommend for everybody try JetBrains Rider ide. Which is really good for mac users (because Microsoft stop supporting his Visual studio IDE) and for developers. Because Rider helps you dont make mistake, helps you with orientation. And you dont need to wait for a such a time for refreshing. Because when you something save in ide. Automaticly Unity start complilation code. I starting programming for living so i need this ide for job, but i try it in unity and im really exiting about it! I just want to share with you my experience. I used VSCode some time and its okay but not great.
