It it caused by the differences between VS Community 2019 and 2022?
Like for instance Sam’s has instant complete of public void methods. And automatic creation of loops. Mine doesn’t have any of those.

Sam is actually using Visual Studio Code. There are many code editors out there, and they all have a different look and feel, as well as different shortcuts. I use JetBrains Rider, for example, which has a whole different look and feel, but I find to be an incredibly powerful tool. Rider, however, is a paid code editor.
