If you study this course thoroughly you will probably be fine. The main problem with the exam is that some questions can be rather specific and might cover tools that you either don’t use or use differently. If I remember correctly, all of the questions from the exam (or at in least the version that I got) are covered in this course and the practice questions/exams.
