i have same code as rick but it just reloads the second level
You have given us very little info here. You will have to show the code because it is extremely likely that it is not the same. Code only does what it’s told. Yours is told to reload the second level.

In addition to what bixarrio wrote, I would also suggest to take a look at File > Project Settings. Only scenes that are in the Scenes list get loaded. Maybe there is just the second level/scene?
