I Have Implemented A Welcome Screen Instead Of A Splash Screen. Used UI With The Help Of Unity Documentation. Can I Make That Instead Of Splash Screen In Argon Assault?

Unity does not know what a “splash screen” or a “welcome screen” is. A “screen” is just a “screen”. You, the game developer, give things a purpose for your human players. For this reason, please feel free to make whatever you want and can. To me, a welcome screen sounds like a good idea.
