So following the tutorial has been great. sometimes I get stuck but come out of it. This course is short but covers a lot. My concern is how to keep the knowledge taught. What should I do to retain all? …Tutorials are easy to follow but I think we should use the knowledge taught to start our own projects!.. Good day everyone!

Coming on well.
Try making another island with a different building after you finish the course to aid retaining the knowhow.

To retain the knowledge you learned you can do what NP5 suggested. After completing a course you can try to recreate something that inspires you or something you wanted to make for a while using the techniques and tricks you learned. Then experiment with them and have a little fun with them. Using the skills learned over and over again will help you never to forget them.
