Unreal gives me this error when I generate visual studio project files

any answers?
I get the same thing - it happens when I delete the Saved folder, why I do not know and would like to find out. Will post a question to see if there are any answers. Went around it by just leaving the Saved folder where it is and doing the other steps as shown and it works.
