Hello guys, Please let me know how is it and did you loved it. I am beginner, so if there is any mistake in my model then please let me know, it would be very helpful.
I think your model is absolutely excellent. I really am impressed and you should be very happy with it.
One thing that did catch my eye as a slight issue was, on the 3rd image - about 1 inch (or 25mm) left of the red dot, that triangular edge is very sharp.
Grant Abbitt did a Hunting Knife tutorial you could check on YouTube…
And to top off the compliment sandwich, I’ll say - I really also like your materials/ shading and lighting.
Edit: actually the more I look at it… The handle detail is fantastic, as is the engraved lettering on the barrel.
Thanks a lot
I’ve just had a look at the video I mentioned and it’s a beginner video - which I wasn’t suggesting you would find helpful in that regard… You’re well advanced of that.
I mentioned it because I couldn’t think what the term was - but having quickly scanned the video, what I was trying to suggest was referencing Mean Crease, which I’m sure you used in your model.
I’ll just be quiet now and drool over your renders some more…
Thank you so much friend for compliment
That is a very nice model. The indented lettering in various places and the handle grip pattern.
It has a nice lighting and render display.
Given you are clearly good at this, the only thing ‘out’ to me is the too clean too pure sanitised overall effect. It is excessively clinically clean smooth. Many edges seem too sharp, needing slight bevels or more pronounced if they are there already.
Thanks a lot, I will work on my mistake
First off, I absolutely love the lighting, materials and things. The models are great too, with lots of details, even down to the engraved words in the gun. However, I quickly noticed the size of the handle, its a bit too long, even longer than the main part of the gun. Other than that, your insane at Blender for a beginner. Great job!
I’m loving this too, and agree with the comments others have stated about adjustments, but my initial view of the PPK and ammunition in a spotlight from overhead, soooo reminds me of opening credits on one or more (or possibly all) of the early James Bond movies.
Well done!!
Hey, Thanks a lot, I just noticed the handle is bit long, I will fix that, thanks
Thank you so much
