Hey guys, I have download and install the programs but i don’t have Visual Studio Code in my program. I don’t now what i can do.

You could either use VS (= what is already selected in your screenshot), or you could check https://code.visualstudio.com/docs/other/unity. Maybe something is missing, for example, the ‘Visual Studio Code Editor’ package in the Unity Package Manager.
