I don't have the "Normal" option

In minute 6:25 the instructor shows “Normals” in the overlay options, but I don’t see them in Blender.

I suppose the video was recorded on an older version of Blender, can someone gitell me how to see the “Normals”?

The screenshot can be done by Blender itself, via the ‘Window’ menu bar top left hand side.
On that menu drop down is ‘save screenshot’.
Close ups additionally where they help.

@NP5 I was in object mode, I was not aware I could only see the option on Edit Mode. I am cable to see Normals now, thanks!

There is another option to show the normals!
Instead of a line in the middle of the front of a face.
You can also opt for a blue-red color of a face.
visible in object mode. You will learn.
