Could you help me regarding the following error.
I am getting this error 403, Forbidden(Sorry, you are not authorised to access the resource) when I try to download the particle system.

Where did you try to download the asset? On Udemy or on Teachable?
Maybe right-clicking does not work. Click the left mouse on the asset in the Resources.
I’m having the same issue. It’s happening on Udemy when following the steps indicated in module 33. If you try and click on the zip file it takes you to that page, all the other resource links seem to work fine!
I am having the same issue as he does.
Unfortunately, Udemy currently seems to have technical issues. 
If you purchased GameDev.tv’s courses on Udemy, you could migrate them to our platform for free.

It worked. By the way I tried to download from Udemy from another laptop. And it worked.
And now i have now migrated my cources in game.dev.
