I have more than 25 years experience as a developer and in every interview HR ask me about syntax or expression or solve a riddle in small amount of minutes I replay that I need time to search and try. the result they always refuse my application some even refuse it because I am Egyptian. But what I can do to find a job ??!! I am not a computer !!
