Good question, if the email is the same as one of the other logins (Google, Facebook or Twitter) then you’ll still be able to login, arguably more easily. Is that ok?

No, this email has no connection to my other social platform logins (for security and spam purpose)
Facebook or Google, though I use different email addresses for both. Those are also going to be the two that a majority of people use. So will have the least amount of issues.
I rarely use twitter, and don’t have a github account.
