How to make small curved ridges on Children's Block

I redid the quads like I saw you had, but I didn’t want any ngons. I used Edge/Subdivide then selected the vertex it created and used Vertex/Slide Vertices then selected two Vertices and used Vertex/New Edge Face from Vertices. I ‘think’ by using Vertex/Slide Vertices I messed up the Normals. I always double check the Normals and Mesh/Merge/by Distance and Scale and Rotation when I ‘think’ I’m finished or during stages as usual checks. When I checked the Normals I saw this had happened. A new and wonderful problem lol
Bad Normals after New Edge Face and Slide V

I just select the bad Normals Faces and then Mesh/Normals/Flip right?

The easiest way is to go to the overlays dropdown. Tick the Face Orientation box. You want to see all blue. If there are any red faces, just press A, to select all, then Alt N and pick recalculate outside. Then untick the Face Orientation box!
