I’ve been seeing a lot of people make little animated gifs for their projects and cant seem to find a decent method to do it on my own. Is there a kind of addon or method or something people are using to export animations as Gifs? Or is there a setting or something I am missing to enable gif exports?

What I do is just exporting (rendering) straight to .avi file and using online avi to gif converter, usually this:
https://cloudconvert.com/avi-to-gif
There is also Adobe solution, if you fancy.
This probably is not the best way if you are after quality, but for web preview I find it sufficient, fast and convenient.
(For the best quality, youd like to export frames as images and connect them, probably on something like Adobe Express. But to be fair I didnt use this workflow.)
