How to download the Laser Defender assets

Where can I download the Laser Defender and other Lesson assets? I see that some people have posted their assets here. And why didn’t the lesson start by telling me where to get the files in the same way I was instructed to install Unity 4.x? (I’m on a Mac)

I have Unity running fine. What I don’t have or know where to find are the assets for this current lesson 8 - introducing the unity editor

they’ll show where to get the assets of each section, as soon as you reach the section (first few lessons of each section).
